Positivity

My first official psychoeducational post will be focusing on depression, and posted on Monday so keep an eye out. One of the key points that will be discussed is ‘thinking styles’, and how experiencing depression can lead us to think with a negative bias.

Therefore, I am going to try my very best for you all, to post one positive affirmation per day. I always start my day with 20 minutes relaxation and a positive affirmation. This helps to set me up right for the rest of the day, and remain balanced and calm in times of stress.
